My deal for a 4bt p30 fell apart so I felt bad for aout an hour
Then I get a call from a guy who I had talked to about a month ago about a m1009. He wanted to know if I was still interested
. So I go to look at it, guess what! NO RUST ANYWHERE!
For the east coast that almost a dream for a 20yr old truck. The engine is currently not running but thats no problem, I'd rather work on it than do body work. Also the millitary stripped most of the guages out of the dash, so I'll have to sort that out. BTW, the guy has a stockpile of 1009/8 odds and ends, brush gaurds, bumpers, alot of small stuff plus a few complete parts truck (with rust). He is tring to start his web site www.jondiesel.com ,he has few things to work out but I'll be going back for small things if I need them. I'll try to get some pics. soon. Oh did I mention
