a friend just bought a military blazer without the 6.2, he has a 89 injected 350 that i sold him(with the harness). will that bolt up to the th400 ..? would he need to change the stall conv also will the fly wheel work....is there anything else besides the wiring and the motor mounts.. that needs to be changed, we are gathering parts to put this togeather...help is much appreciated.......thanks

The M1009's are set up for mostly-12V-but-some-24V, the latter including the starter.

In this instance since you're not concerned with it being original, I'd convert to 12V...

As I recall the torque converters are of fairly different stall speeds from gas to diesel, so yes, you'd prolly want to change it.

IIRC the TH400 will bolt up to a 350 no problem.
