Okay, I have a wire harness out of a 2003 Chevy Express van (Vortec 5.3), and I also have a MAF sensor out of a Corvette (part #15904068). You can see from the picture below that the plug will not fit. Do they make an adapter to mate the two? I'm open to suggestions if you guys can help me out.

The first thing you have to know is if the pulse frequency is the same (per unit air flow) between the two sensors. If so, then you just need a new connector. Best case is that they use the same pins and you can move them from one connector body to the other with a pick tool. You will need the pinouts, though. If an adapter exists, I would guess it would be from enthusiasts who prefer a Corvette MAF (maybe it's bigger?) You would have to check F-body, Tahoe/Yukon forums, etc.

If the frequency is different, you need a fancy converter box or recalibrate the ECM for the different MAF.

Assuming they read the same, just take the new MAFs factory Corvette plug, which would be available at a dealer most likely, and take the pins out of your Astrovan harness, and pin them inside the Vette plug. Its probably only 3 or so wires, so you just have to figure out which ones are the ground, 12vt +, and signal and switch them into the new plug out of the old harness.
