How is the screen on it, any blems? Any thing else come with it, manual, cords, etc?

Nope nothing else comes with it, I think you can download instructions from their website. The screen has a couple tiny dots on it you can kind of see in the pic, that was from dropping it once. It is very durable though. Here is the manual:
