Making Ford 'camper special' rims fit?

So I came across a set of Ford 'camper special' rims mounted a 1979 2wd 1 ton. The rims are the factory extra wide units (8.75" I believe). I"m considering picking them. Anyways, what does it take to modify the rims to fit my K30? I can't recall how much smaller the Ford center hole is than GM.

Iirc, it's the GM wheels that have small holes while Ford and Dodge have big (and fit without mods).

as long as they like '99 and older i believe, not sure of the exact year Ford went metric.

Good to hear they will fit with no center hole modification. I just couldn't recall what fit what. I must have missed that other thread. Thanks guys.
