Making ford parts work

If I was to put a HP Dana 60 in my Blazer how would I hook up the T-case I would have to use a Ford Np 205 right? I know I could divorce mount the ford and use a 2wd SM465 and a little drive shaft to mate it up but is there any other way. I want to know because every yard by me has For D60s and I know at least 4-5 trucks that are 78-79 How would I make this work? Just wounder'n before I get started on the whole project

Can't be done! Get me some phone numbers of those places and I'll make sure they steer you right when you go back again!!!! :haha:

Seriously though, you can use a IFS trans and tcase. They are passenger side. Don't always need the IFS trans either. A 241 pass drop will bolt up in place of a 208.

Double leaves lots of options.

On topic, my brother did the IFS case swap i think.
 
u bolts, spring plates, IFS transfer case, done :D Thats what I did.... for like a day, then I had to be my usual self and start changing things.... now its not near complete.
