Making forward progress again!

Finally figured out how to move these heavy parts around by myself so I can get back to the project at hand. What do you think?

you get too much weight on there and you wouldn't be able to steer

It's a pickup truck crane from HF...had to weld an extension to the tractor frame to make a place to mount it...then added a weight (bumper) to the front.
