Anyone know of a good Mandrel bender equipped custom exhaust shop here in the great Northeast ? Preferably in MA but I'm so close to the surrounding states it really don't matter... Google don't show shit and the best around Jim's in RI closed shop and retired back in 21 ! Awesome for him, not so awesome for old or new customers, great guy ! Everyone and their brother has a crush bender around here and is a "Custom Exhaust Shop" Not exactly what I'm looking for...

i would broaden ur search to a fabrication and or performance shop, there’s not many options here in the northeast. Or…do u have a welder? because there are a ton of “DIY fabricator kits” of nice stainless mandrel bends u can buy, and fab a nice exhaust urself.

Thanks shock88, I'm really shocked you don't have a custom Mandrel exhaust shop in CT, shit you guys still have "Speed Shops" we have NONE of anymore in MA... Way back when I lived in CT for 5 minutes and bought a bunch of shit from Jannetty Racing for my first Dmax (03 LB7) good guys back in the day and I see they are still open... Yip I've seen the Mandrel kits and not for me, I'm a farmer status stick welder, savvy enough to spread a little bird shit on the tailgate of my Mack and go back to work !

ya they’re too busy keeping basements dry and racing baja now hahaha, but i’ll do a quick search, i haven’t looked in a couple years, but i heard rumors of a place up in Enfield CT maybe.

Lmao did they start a plumbing or fire and water damage restoration division ?

maybe i’m thinking of Janesky  That family has a basement waterproofing/ restoration business but also goes down over the border and races baja

Its probably too far from MA, although there is a great little exhaust shop that works on custom cars. East Performance Exhaust in Lebanon NJ off of Rt 22 West. I haven't stopped in there in 4 or 5 years.

Interesting story, the exhaust shop is connected to Automotive Restorations, a shop that only works on cars from before WWII. The owner Steve Babinsky is famous for restoring pebble beach cars. Awhile back he bought the exhaust shop. Im not sure if he still owns it. From what I've heard he's not interested in anything built after the war, but the exhaust shop works on anything.

Great info and very interesting also ! Yip Jersey is a hike, I think I found a shop on Long Island, but shit that's nearly a 4 hour hike, little over 3 I'd guess with my right foot....
