. Seriously though, you can pick up the manual reg's for like 30 bucks a pop, get some cranks and it's fairly straight forward. Lots of hand cramping and swearing...
When my buddy did his, I seem to recall we just took out the electrical stuff and drilled out a new hole for the crank and that worked fine. I dunno how nice your rig is now but it didn't bother him much...
