Manual Flywheel for 400 CID

If you can't find a used one, Summit shows a new one from Hays for $230. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Kinda spendy, but at least it can go in quick and easy. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I bought a Hays flywheel from Summit Racing and wished I hadn't. It was lighter and thinner than a stock 400 sbc flywheel. Lighter is bad for 4 wheeling. As for thinner, this caused my brand new Centerforce II clutch disk to eventually rub against the crank bolts(per Centerforce). If you can't find a good used one, they are hard to find, I would try getting a replacement from GM. Maybe some here can get you a part number. My .02

that is good to know as i will need one this spring for my 400 thats going into my blazer /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The Dealer had the best price... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I think I got it for $197 at the dealer. 40 lbs.
Call different dealers, I called four different ones, and each had a different price.

gmpartsdirect.com would have been $10 more because of shipping. /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif
