on the ranch trucks, I grab fencing pliers and stick the end of the handles into the finger pockets of the hub and have an instant hub wrench.
I bought the plastic Warn hub wrench and modified it a little for my Dynalocks. they are kinda hard to turn, but I'm one of those that can't put stuff together dry. I went to look for the Warn tool again, but can't find it now.
