My rear glass is stuck no access to rear of truck. Is there any links. Opened it up about a month ago and greased it hoping it would work better. Now the manual crank isn't working. Didnt see anything wrong. Couldn't see crank parts. Thought I'd try to lower the glass from the inside so I can open it and get some parts ordered. Not sure what the problem is clutch, prawl or spring.

Does the handle spin? Because I had that happen to me, and it turned out that it had locked on its own, I don't know how but it did, I just unlocked it and it was fine.
If you remove the panel on the inside, with the glass up, you can remove the crank handle. You have to unbolt the regulator and slide the window from side to side to get to the 2 bolts. I cut some 1x2's to slip inside the tailgate and put them at the ends to keep the glass up.
Once you have the handle mechanism unbolted you can inspect it pretty easy. On mine, I had lost the little 'c' clip holding the handle in so it was an easy fix. I have also seen it where the 2 prongs that move the window regulator get broken off. Especially if someone has ever forced the window.
It isn't that hard of a job once you get into it. Everything in the handle is replaceable or fixable. Good luck
