My map pockets are so stretched out they couldn't hold a map in place even if I owned any.. Just wondering if anybody has put a beverage holder in this spot which look halfway decent?
I have my console out because it is much easier for my 6 YO daughter to climb through the middle to get to the back seat, especially since I have to lift her up because she's too small to climb up on her own.

Those map pockets are a pain, mine are nice and tight but if you put anything in them then it hits my knee. You could get some holders 3d printed so they would be solid.

The concept is nice, however, you would need to be sure to reinforce the back side of the door panel to handle the weight of your beverage and cup.

I have found this on line that I thought was unique. You could remove it when cleaning the dash and reinstall when needed.

It fits in your ashtray... also to clean up the map pockets they are always on E-bay for a fair price.

EDIT *** Check out the Video on this at the bottom of the page when you click on the link ... Looks very nice !!!

$80.99 Current price

I tried doing something similar years ago with my toyota door pockets. Bought something off amazon that slipped i to the pocket. It worked ok but had to be careful opening the door. I scrapped it ultimately, as it wasnt a permanent option. Its slightly different situation since these pockets were hard plastic so they were more stable than the map pockets in squares

I bought a 12v cooler/warmer. It has 2 cup holders but they're fricken tiny. Starbucks grandma fits but none of my Contigo travel cups.
