Does anyone know if it's possible to get in touch with master mechanic? I have a screwdriver looking tool with a hook on the end instead for pulling pins or whatever else. The metal shaft decided to come flying out of the handle sending me toppling over. I can't seem to find a way to get ahold of them to see if I can get a new one through warranty.

Not that I should really want a new tool that flys apart, but I feel they owe me one.

Ah, ok thanks. I had no recollection of where it came from.

Cotter key puller?

Yep that is the guy. Thank you for the nomenclature.

a modern day version is also referred to as a hose puller.. Snappie now sells a set of 6 that I own, long and short...

I used to use cotter key pullers 25 yrs ago for doing windshield installs on the Mack trucks, still got a couple kicking around my screwdriver drawer... :pimp:

The hose hooks are a different shape though....or the standard ones are at least.
