This mother****er kicks ass! I asked about fuel line adapters a month or two back and this tool was brought up. I paid $290 on eBay for it and it arrived today. I had a scrap piece of 3/8" tube here in the garage so I tried it out and I'm very impressed!

The instructions are easy to understand (pictures, lol!) and the thing is very easy to use, t's fast and the flares turn out factory quality.

We've got a couple of them we've been trying to sell at work. Awesome tool. If I had a use for it it would be in my garage.

yup, bought mine about a decade ago... once you have it, you kick yourself for using the stupid cheesy flaring tool for all those yr's prior... :doah: :haha:

I've been eyeballing that tool for a few years now. Someday i'll buy it.

got mine before snap-on was selling them .

and just got the BRAND NEW adaptor set to make gm quick connect tranny cooler line ends in 3/8 tube.

:bow::bow::bow:

and yes little oil of some kind makes it a lot better . but only once clamped in the unit .

I use to get all the brake / fuel / tranny line jobs at my old work .

I need the trans cooler parts. Do you have part numbers for them?

Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't the kit already have those adapters? The kit says it has dies for 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8" push connector.

i think theyre different from what the set includes. if you look at he pic of my set there are two empty spots right above the flaring tool its self, they're labeled "GM transmission cooler."

..that last pic looks like an a/c hard line flare

I could use one of those...
