Not asking for me, but this nut on another site is looking to put crossover on his 23"(?) lifted Chevy. Is that even possible?

Any thing would be an improvement compared to his current setup.

I love florida...

are those 38? It looks kinda dumb. I have seen some huge ass trucks, running cross-over though. I don't know how it works though.

Not with the style of crossover that we use, but it can be done.

Basically the draglink has to run to a pivot on the passenger side and then another draglink goes from the passenger side back to the driver side. That substantially decreases the angle on each draglink and the angle on each DRE.

I guess he's just trying to be the biggest guy on the road. Problem is that he's putting everyone elses life at risk.

Yeah those are 38's, but he's trying to trade for 44's. Only makes sence that way he can kill more people when the steering falls apart.

You have got to be ****in' kidding me......:eek1:
The garbage truck needs to be towing that thing to the dump....

And we wonder why there are lawsuits pending about lifted trucks......

If I was a mod I would delete this thread so as to not associate this "accident looking for somewhere to happen" with this website...

That makes sense now. I guess the pivot point could be like a pitman arm on a bearing? Solidly mounted.
