Can someone please help me put a MSD 6AL on my 91 blazer. Got all the wires hooked up probly. Accept i cut the coil wires to the msd, but the distrib isn't hooked up the the coil. is this suppose to be this way. PLEASE help.

Go to the MSD website, they offer wiring schematics that are pretty easy to read and show you right where everything goes.
