Measuring spring bushings

I'm planning for a rear shackle flip for my 85 M1008 CUCV (K30) and I want to go with new bushings. I did use the search and know that there are at least 3 different bushing sizes for the 1ton rear springs.
But how do I measure the size with the springs installed on the truck?

Its my DD so I want to be prepared with the correct bushings.

Any ideas?

Differences between bushing sizes are about 1/8", right? Hopefully my measurements are accurate enough . . .
