Guys,

I am putting a 465 into my 78 K5 with a mechanical clutch. I have all the linkage parts, but the truck was an automatic. Where should the hole go for the clutch rod to pass through the floor? I don't see anything that looks like it should be drilled out. If anyone has a picture, that would be awesome.

the angle is deceiving, the rod is directly behind the tabbed hole from the bottom of the column
