As for rebuilding, i always get my rebuild kits from partsamerica.com (advance auto parts' website)

Edit: there isnt anything I havnt found a rebuild kit for on there yet.

Replying again. partsamerica has rebuild kits for steering boxes for about 30 bucks, I just checked
