Members map see post #1 for map link

I just got this idea.. I don't know if it's possible but it would be cool to map out where everyone zip codes are?? This could be nice then we could plan wheeling trips etc.. I'll see if there is a online tool that will show indicators for several zip codes.

If it was as easy as imputing your zip I'm sure plenty would pin it. It would be cool to know where other peoples are around the area. I'm sure there many here in so cal but I have only met a couple. I also don't read every thread or even every category so ya it would be kinda cool. How about a poll in the lounge or garage to see?

There is tools that will take the data and map them for you. I found some with a quick google search.

i would definitely make it where we have to add our zip.. and let it be known if you do not want to put your zip then dont enter anything... dont want bogus stuff.. if they want a broad area leave it in the location in their profile. I know some will worry about theft, me personally Id put mine in.. no different than someone going to steal it from a store, etc...

Did we not have a map at one time to show the zip locations. It has been a while but I seem to remember a link that would take you to the map page.........it could have been on the carolina site that was short lived... not sure
