Membership renew

I was sent a notice to renew ,well I filled out the info and it will not take.I have a good CC number ( billing and shiping ) are the same,ID is good.

I didn't think this should be this hard to due!

Has any body had this problem as well?

The payment was sent !!!!!!!!!!!

aint there a help button on that page to contact staff. thats what i had to do because my id # was wrong or pm one of the moderators they could help.
