Agreed. Only reason I can think of is if the covers are short and you have poly lock nuts on the rockers.
thanks for the input gentlmen! I looked at a bunch of pictures and didn't see any glaring differences, so I clicked on the buy-it-now button. Price was right, $35 shipped. I got one VC that leaks a little, and I like the positive sealing of aluminum covers better than tin.
