Mesh Headlight covers?

Tryin to find some Black mesh headlight covers. ANyone have any on their trucks, Ive got the quad lights on my '84. And how do they mount?

Never seen black ones, I've only seen chrome ones. Just paint them black

Not 100% sure, but I think I used to see black ones in JCW. If not, paint 'em as suggested.

You'll probably have a lot more luck if you search the web for vendors selling "stone guards". Some of them (the junky ones) mount directly against the lens, but the good ones (that aren't just for "tough looks") sit a 1/4 inch or so fron the face of the light (so that they can stop the flying rock before it cracks your lens, which is what a stone guard is supposed to do).

Only ones Im seeing are for Jeeps (blah). they have some nice ones, but dunno if they would fit the Blazer. hate to buy something that may or may not work.

ive got a set on my truck, they sit about a 1/4 inch away from the bulbs. the top or them have like tabs, youve gotta pull the screws that hold the light assy out then put the tabs in then reinstall the assy, its kinda obnoxious but i like the way they look. ill get pics tomorrow.
