After putting my 6" on i got the 1992 1/2ton 2wd front brake lines. Well I ended up stripping the caliper by trying to tighen the banjo bolt to my fit right. So now its leaking. Should i just get a new Caliper and cut the banjo bolt to fit right or can i buy a different caliper that would fit right with the banjo bolt. Any ideas ??? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

If i you stripped it, you'll have to replace caliper. Measure the thickness of the banjo fttg. & get 2 new (proper length) bolts & replace both bolts (take an old bolt with you & your old caliper to save a core trip). If one side was too long, the other side will be as well. Also, replace the brass washers at the same time.
