Ha whoops I quoted the wrong person. I meant to imply that my truck has been used by a scrap yard to advertise that they take junk.
They are millittary surplus. I don't think they are being used any more though. They are not a great off road tire. Great on the highway though. They are 38.5x13x16 if you pencil it out. They are as tall as a 39.5" Swamper though. Very heavy.
