Welcome to the rust belt. I could probably turn around and sell my K5 for enough more than I have into it so far (including diesel, hotels, road trip expenses, etc) up here because it's 100% all there.
Only problem I see with that ad is the guy isn't going to get it. A few years ago before gas prices went up? Sure. After gas prices went up these trucks dropped in value as they were no longer cool old trucks but cool old trucks that got bad gas mileage. Then our local downward economic spiral turned into an national depression and folks couldn't afford them even at their reduced prices...
If you have the money stuff is cheap here now. This guy just hasn't gotten the word.
