Off of which Military vehichle???? Different vehichles used different shackles and trust me, I don't think you would be asking for a rear shackle from an 88! I was thinking the ones off a K5 that you put the d-rings onto where they just cut a hole in the factory bumper.
check out www.boyceequipment.com this place is a military vehicle surplus stockyard. i believe he quoted me $80 for a pair of shackles and D-rings. can't remember if that included shipping or not. you can call them or shoot them an email.
one more thing. the shackles off of a military pickup go through the frame and bolt onto the frame, so you'll need to cut a hole through your bumper to mount them.
