yup...
if ya just get a 3' they are 20 shipped.. if you buy a 40' just add 15 for the 3'... more or less just paying for the strap as it doesnt really change the shipping weight much.....

the 3' are just like the 40' as in 4 ply and roughly 48k weight rating....
let me know.... I am going to make another run to get some more straps...
