There's a local shop that went out of business offering this TIG machine for sale.....no price, just make an offer.

It's got the rolling cart and bottle holder and looks to be complete with the torch and pedal asssemblies. No chiller setup. My guess is that it's only about 2 years old at most.

A little research online tells me that it's now a discontinued model, and that it sold new for around $1950. I have very little idea if this is considered a good machine, or simply a cheap entry-level one???

Anyone have an opinion about what a "steal" would be for this machine, or if it's even worth making a lowball offer in the first place?? :dunno:

Greg, from what i'm told that is a very good machine. That was the machine i was looking at when i was heavily thinking about getting a tig. I would definately make an offer on it if you want a tig machine. As for what to offer, well start low and let them counter offer then you'll have an idea on what to expect to pay.
