1/2 ton status
Well I had my starter go out in my blazer. It is a gear reduced mini starter from power master. It just started getting hot and not turning enough to start. I am needing to get a fix asap as Moab is only a couple weeks away. I am wondering what you run? I have seen good reviews about DB Electrical at some other sights for Race Cars, but am wondering about the water issue. I do not mud Bog and try to spend as little timei n the mud as possible, but I do hunt a lot and that tends to make things good and dirty.
I also need the mini as I have a head/exhaust clearance issue. Any thoughts? I did take the power master through a really deep water crossing recently and wonder if that did not do the powermaster in?
Oh since I am going to Moab soon money is tight. I do see some on Ebay for $70-$100. 1 comes with a 5 year replacement warranty, others only 1 year.
