miss/stall/low power

ok guys i just got my manual put in and it was low on power before but i thoguht i would have more power with a manual, but it seems like its less. so when i start to go it wants to die every time, and it stumbles alot the more I push the gas the worse it gets. and when im driving. and I have foot on floor (i have to or i will go a whopping 4 mph) after awhile it feels like it hits its powerband about 300 rpm before redline then starts to pull. im going to check the cap, wires and distro. anyone got any other ideas on the lower power and the stumble? and the last minute pop your head back power is kinda weird also. thanks ck5

stock tbi pump that got replaced about a year ago. the more i hit the gas it stumbles and the more it wants to die.

Well, obvious stuff first, timing set right, plugs, wires, cap, rotor all in good shape? Fuel filter new/clean? All underhood wiring/hoses in good shape?

Then start working on more complex stuff...fuel pressure, etc.

yea chris your really funny. btw ck5 i found a code. code 43 ESC. i am going to replace that sensor then see how it goes.

Follow the troubleshooting flow charts, don't replace the ESC module.

Replacing everything that COULD be the problem will get pricey.
