missing 350

Ok this is my first gas truck. What the heck is a miss and what is arching out? I am trying to make this road worthy again. About to do a tune up and change all the fluids. Any other things i should do for to it for someone new to gas?

Do a major tune up...plugs, cap and rotor and wires. A miss means something (probably wire since you mentioned arcing) is grounding out and dissipating spark OR a plug is fouled so bad, it's not firing.
