Can't seem to find this knob online. I pulled off my lens to polish it and lost the damn knob. Checked LMC and other sites. I found some chrome knobs but nothing in black. Any ideas? If none are made, I may need to have someone 3d print some. Any idea on years they did the trip option?

Looks like this without the knob on the end.

Chrome knobs that don't match OEM. I could always de-chrome them if they are plastic

As it so happens, the project I just bought is also missing this knob so i'm curious to see what you come up with. I do some 3d printing but rarely get into modeling anymore. If I decide to take a crack at this i'll circle back here. May not be a great application for it though, as the part is quite small and fragile already, and printed parts are not known for durability.

I got 2 GM OEM knobs coming but they are not exactly like the stocker. I do have someone in mind that can probably make a bunch at one time with his 3D printer. I was told to make sure to use a plastic that can withstand higher heat. I will let you know if its possible with him or not.

If you can talk them out of the STL file that would be awesome. I was imagining PETG would work okay after some post processing with resin to keep it from snapping apart at the layer lines. PLA is pretty brittle and I think would not survive very long.
