That makes me sad that I won't be there again until September.

Awesome pictures and I'm glad you guys had a good time :thumb:

That looks awesome!!!!

If hang out in the Lounge and the "CK5 Brotherhood" is your only life, this ain't for you...:D I dont care who you are that is funny:haha::bow:

IMO, that's what fourwheeling is all about, and the "biggest tire on the biggest rock" thing is just annoying to me. I believe you can build yourself out of fun by going big, but you can never run out of trails and beautiful views around the next corner. It's the whole reason that I insist on owning an suv instead of a car.

As I have come to expct from you Michael, great writeup & great pictures. I miss Moab (September is too far away and going one a year is not enough) and I will - someday - spend lots of time on the scenic trails there!

Thats because on the Land Crusher board they don't know what a real truck is.:k5::crewcab::burb::truck::whistle:

In their defense, the version of the picture I posted over there was smaller :D. Still, one of my friends over there only saw two, and he's an eye doc...

I would belive the eye doc not seeing them. I'm in construction and have two houses that I "own" that need work done to them that I can't seem to get completed. :doah:

Well, in fairness the sign doesn't say the lockers work...

:haha:

Nice job Michael! The pictures are awesome. I hope I can make it out there sometime
this summer. I still haven't got the K5 out of the garage yet. Maybe today.
Thanks for the nice write up too. Let me know the next time you get out this way so
we can hook up.

Michael that is just the type of exploring that I enjoy the most. My wife and I did a 90 mile trip from Delta up onto the Uncomphagre Plateau and back in a large oval and we didn't even begin to see much more than a 10th of whats up there. I hope to do more this summer, there is still to much snow up there right now.

Those are some gorgeous pictures, and a few trails that I have been on. You're right that no matter what, you can't see all of it in a few days. I would say that you can't see all of it in a few months. What camera are you using, if you don't mind my asking.

I picked up a Canon Rebel DSLR, and after using it a few times, I just can't imagine going back to a compact unit. Much better quality pictures, but a lot of that is the higher quality lenses.

Morning Michael! I was just setting here thinking I gotta get on some of those trails. The reason I bought a Cherokee was and is for exploration of the vast areas both in Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. Give me a hundred miles of exploring any day.

I have been places in my mixer and dump truck that are ridiculous but those same places will peak my interest to go back in my jeep to look further than I went or could have gone in my truck!

I pinned Dad down into leading one of the runs in his Cherokee. :D
