Some have. My brother swears by canyon lands rv park in down town. He's the cheapest guy I know.

It's just me and Fred (FWP) so far in one of the deluxe cabins at Moab Rim
You can always set up a tent behind someone's cabin too.
That might be my best bet, as I'm a heavy sleeper that snores...

J/K. I think you are allowed to set a tent up in RV spots. So my place is available also.
I think you may have to let the office know that you're staying at someone elses spot (I think they charge a bit for each person staying), but I'm sure that wouldn't add much to the bill and would give you access to the restroom facilities.
