i didnt have much luck with the search.a buddy of mine has a model 20 case with lower gear set in it in a suburban.i was wondering about pros and cons of this setup.he said he would sell it cheap, hes parting the burb.im running a 205 and t-350 right now.any info appreciated ,thanks

I believe the Dana 20 only came behind a manual trans on GM products. That makes the input coarse 10-spline. (A TH350 is 27-spline).

Dana 20's came behind lots of different vehicles, they were widely used in jeeps, early broncos, and scouts. They are considered to be a good case but IMO they are not strong enough for a fullsize. That being said Bob Chandler ran one in the original Bigfoot truck behind a 460. Your 205 is a way stronger unit, stick with it.
