model 80 fuel filter

Can anyone tell me when the model 80 fuel system was introduced ?And what years are compatible

Introduced in 84 I think. May have been 83. Compatibility, I don't know. It's just a different style of filter, not a different way of filtering. The filter base has a water sensor, a fuel heater, and a pressure sensor. Working all those in to an engine harness that was set otherwise will be time consuming, but possible.
