What modification should be done to a q-jet carburetor to prevent fuel slosh on steep inclines?

nothing...the quad manages fuel very well for a carb.

Well I do get a bit of fuel that seems to pour out the vent tubes or somewhere and my carb always seems to flood and stall out on steep inclines.I love my Qjet. good fuel milage as long as I stay out of the secondaries ,and Ilove that q-jet howl when them big ol secondaries open up!

replace the vent tube with a longer one. it will take more angle before "sloshing" out.

I like my q-jet too, just wish my engine ran as good as it sounds when the secondaries kick in...

Oh, and try a spring loaded needle & seat .
