With a 4" lift, you can actually get away with stock brake lines, driveshafts, & steering system. You will need to correct the draglink (twist to adjust the wheel back center).
You SHOULD: add a dropped draglink or raised steering arm, and get longer brake lines. The rest should be ok. Some people do experience vibrations at 35mph, you can drop the t-case (which I would NEVER suggest, why lift it to lower components?) or use rear shims. If you use blocks, (once again, I don't suggest only because blocks should be used to support houses not trucks) they are usually tapered to the correct angle, a shackle flip can cause problems. I had them, others had not.
with my 2.5 inch lift I was using my brake lines as limiting straps for the front axle (with the swaybar connected), this is somthing you would want to avoid.

I have to ask why you would not drop the Tcase ?????
Maybe you don't understand why it should be dropped
maybe you don't understand about the angles of the drive line.
