Ok So I have finally had time to look for the wiring harness to power the dash/ fusebox which comes through the firewall just above the distributor, and I found that there was a plug that was not pluged in. However, I cannot find the female end of the plug...I assume it comes from the wires hooked to the battery/alternator/starter? If not, where could I find it. Also if I had to splice in, where would I splice it in? This K5 was bought without an engine so I didn't know where most things hooked up, and I am horrible with the electroinic parts...:doah:Thanks for helping in advance!

Also: The plug is a liniar 4 prong male plug coming out of the firewall

Plugs into the original ESC/EST distributor where the 4 prong female lives .

If you are running a standard HEI distributor , you won't have a 4 pronged female on your distributor , and you can cut the plug off , cap the wires , tuck into harness loom , and toss plug onto save in case pile in your garage .

As for dash fusebox power , it runs across top of cowl to junction block , over brake booster in a black tube thingy , then to fusebox in the drivers side firewall .
