This is what I do for a living. I would love to make some CK5 shirts like these...if they have a need or want. I am not sure who to talk to in particular, but I am sure they browse through the threads and will probably see this. If in fact you do see this Mr. Man and might be interested...get a hold of me.

That's some pretty nifty stuff ya do there. Just curious but how do you get the cars on the shirts to match the actual cars? I'm assuming they give you a picture of the car and then you use a program to "paint" a replica or is it somethin trickier?

Been somethin I've been wonderin for a while.

I use a pic(s) of the car as a guideline. I draw everything you see there by hand...or mouse rather...on my screen. Yes I use a program to do it in...photoshop...but it isn't as easy as just importing a pic and having the program trace or do it for you. I draw everything you see.

P.S. Glad you like it.

Wish I could draw like that!!!!!!!!! How did you learn? I would draw a pic of my suburban, if only I had that kinda skills... I might try anyway. ;)
keep up the good work.

ummm...I use my hands and my imagination...LOL

I actually use a kind of old ( 4 years ) homebuilt pc. not fancy at all...actually slow by todays standards.

1.8ghz P4
1 gig Ram
160 gig HD
40 gig HD
Some sort of sound card
Voodoo 2 graphics card
Some kick ass Altec Lansing speakers w/ woofer !!!
22" monitor

That about sums it up. Nothing special at all...I, however, will be building a big new badass machine here sometime in the near future hopefully. I have to get my truck done first and buy some sort of economy beater.

Tyler

P.S. Thanks for the compliment. I have been doing shirts for the last 6 years, but I always workd a day job until a year and a half ago. Now this is full time. It has taken a long time to get to this point...but it is still far from where I want to be. There are only a small handful of people that make good racing shirts in the country so the competition is fierce. I learned how to do everything on my own...when I first started, I called around asking for info and no one would give me any at all. Now these are the same people that I am "competing" with. It is nice to see where I was at and where I am now with no help from anyone...and those guys that wouldn't help me then...they are noticing me now <-----and my customers, their former customers are too :D :D :D

Hopefully no one takes this as tooting my own horn or being conceited...I am just proud of my work and what I do. I am the first person to help someone out if I can...whether is's graphics related, lifting heavy things...or finishing off some beer :D

Do you print your own also there is a guy out here in Lehi who does stuff like that he I think is more into the sports stuff. Your stuff looks good though.

that kind of work has to be giving a compliment outstanding stuff. :D
X2 :D
I love that style of racing graphics. Your stuff is excellent. I am always fascinated by the caricatures that go with the nicknames. I got a Don 'the snake' Prudhome T-shirt from USA 10 years ago and i loved it.
Keep up the great work. Hope you're making money too!
