Well, Saturday was fun. I successfully towed the "Budget Built Suburban" out to Big Al's with my 292 Inline-6 Chevy 1-ton. It was slow going getting there.
But then I unloaded the Suburban, unhooked the trailer, bolted a pair of 33" Boggers onto the 6-cylinder truck and entered it too.
Pictures to come later. Here was my mud rig setup... I got 4 passes with the Suburban in modified class and got stuck one pass, and 3 with the Utility truck in the 6-cylinder class and got stuck 2 times but at least made a full pass on my 1st run with it!!

I don't think I'll do any more heavy towing or mud bogging with the 6-cylinder 1-ton though. But at the end of the day it went back to tow duty and got me and the Suburban back home.
Other friends who came out included Orvillle from Canada to do some filiming (ibexcycles.com), Wayne (mudallica.com) with his 300 inline 6 Bronco, Richard with his Toyota on 38" boggers, Chris with his V8 Toyota on 38's (won 1st place in Modified), Shaun in his V6 Toyota (won 1st in 4&6), Buddy in his K5 Blazer, Jeremy in his Chevy shortbed, Frank and Karen in their blue 427 Jeep (won 1st and 2nd in Super Modified), Sam with his green Jeep rail (thomasfamilyracing.50megs.com), and a bunch of other friends to come cheer us on. Alot of the rigs from the Moyie Mud Bog... a total of about 40 trucks entered, the most they've ever had
Ok heres pictures of the rigs there:

Sorry I only have the pictures of the trucks. As usual, when the actual muddin' started, my camera sat untouched and no one took any pictures with it. These pictures were all taken by my friend Wayne beforehand... and he didn't get any action shots either. We got some video but nothing uploaded yet.

good to hear from you. looks like a lot of fun. must have been loud. i said "MUST HAVE BEEN LOUD!":D

got a pic of the 6 cyl 1 ton with the boggers on? i'm still amazed how buy just installing bogger you make a any regular vehicle look super badass.

Well, the Utility Bed truck is all stock, no lift, so I only put 33's on it. 33" Wildcat Mud Terrains on the front that I robbed off my '73 International, and the pair of 33" Boggers I picked up at the 4x4 Swap Meet (paid basically $15 for the two boggers with rims).

Theres a pic above of me putting one on, and heres the view from the back. Still looks pretty tame with the utility box and lumber rack.

I like the utility truck Heck make it an off road rescue truck. Fix a winch on it and look at all the tools you could carry. Those mud sluts would be in heaven.

Here is what I expected to see or WORSE!
