Think I need fender flares? aka can't wait to get my new rims with 2" less backspacing /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

oh and do you think I will need to trim at all? /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif

Id love to see what the turning radius will be in even less backspacing and those wide tires...... methinks there gonna rub the spring quite heavily.

Fender contact is the issue for now, I don't think its gonna get near the springs. How many others run the same setup here? 39.5s, 4" lift, 4.5" backspacing

how about the new rims your going to get??? if you can maybe mounting those tires on 15x8 rims to make it a littles narrow and you should be fine...

I have 6" of lift and 4.25" of backspacing, but my tires are almost 3" wider than yours.

I've had no issues hitting the springs. Had I not moved the axle forward they'd still be beating the hell out of the floor boards though.

new rims will be 15x10s as well. I will be buying 15x8s and adding Cybrfire Beadlocks to them.

with the bead locks that will bring it back to 15x10 or so....

You gonna run that one backwards? Looking good man, you will like the 40" IROKs!!!

My Ferty Twos will be here in about a week.

DAMN YOU, 42s are next /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif, no my buddy is lending me the rims and mouning the tires for me. He has 2 chrome 15x10s and 2 whites, so he put the one side on chrome and the other on the whites. Just hasn't put the whites on yet. So bascially that tire will be my right rear.

I hope you're keeping the bug-shield on the hood. That thing is How's the truggy coming along? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Quite right. Just gonna run this for the coming summer and change. Hopefully I will have time and funds next winter to build a truggy or even a straight off buggy. We shall see. Don't think the K5 won't get bashed and converted to a truggy through the summer. I don't feel right if I'm not cutting and welding all the time. Bug shield is coming off, I would leave it but I am skinning the hood so its just a piece of sheet metal so that alone could bend it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Leaving the grab handles on the sides /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Darn! I'm sure there's a way to attatch it without bending the hood. The chicks dig high performance parts like that! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
