my mechanic replaced the end of the drop pitman arm that goes to the axle with MOOG es194r.it seems rite but i did an extensive part #search and it does not seem that anyone has used this.ihave a 60 with 7/8 inch superlift pitman.

when i am driving and i turn the wheel ,their is no noise. when istop and turn the wheel full turn ,a click clack sound seems to be coming from the area that was just replaced.

p.s. bear with me i live in the BRONX,when i walk in to the part stores, all the employees act busy.

Get someone to move the steering back and forth while you look for th source of the noise.

The noise could be your steering box, those bolts are notorious for being loose. The frame is also notorious for cracking in that area and can cause that noise.

If its not that, its probably just the leaf springs sliding against each other.
