These were sent for website updates today so I'll go ahead and post them up on CK5 here and give you guys a heads up.

First up tube caps for your fabrication needs. .30 cents a piece! straight cut, 30 degree and 45 degree! Also hitting the website for 1.5" tubing.

GP tabs. (General purpose)

We didn't design them with anything specific in mind just a smaller size than our other tabs. 1/4" thick ones work great for seat belt mounting. All 1/2" holes.

The first two are 3/8" thick! $1.50 ea.

Next two are 1/4" thick. $1.25 ea.

Sure can, what ya got in mind? weld on the surface? Poke through and weld on the back side and front side?

Some places want to see bolt on tow points... Could do that as well.

Yep, no big deal there. Like to put a little more meat around the hole if that isn't a problem. 1/2 diameter of hole is standard. I like to stay around 3/4.

1" hole .75" of meat on all sides.

Sounds good i will get with you on some i thought some other users could use some aswell i see alot of peaple looking for the cucv ones and making custom bumpers so i think they would sell good.

Centers

Kert! Quick question, have you enetertained the idea of H1 centers? I'm sure you've been asked that many times and if you've posted about it I apologize. I just got a set of 8 bolt H1's last night and am going to be in need of centers soon. I saw the rock rings you have and they are on my list as well. Awesome work as always! I love my shackle flip and spring plates. I'm about to have to order more stuff from you but I have to keep it on the DL at home, lol. Thanks again!

we have recentered a few sets already. so far we haven't sent out any centers seperate from the wheel. we've set up a little differently and it has to be fixtured. we've enteretained some ideas for selling a fixturing system with the wheels but so far, it's probably cost prohibitive. One thing we don't want is to sell you a center and have you end up wiht crooked wheels due to relying on the existing center to put them on.

Those tow points look like what I made for the k3500... as stated though some places won't let welded tow points fly so you'd be better off bolting them on... good design though.

Here are a few pics, just milled the front part of the block down to fit the shackle, drilled a couple holes and tossed them on.

Partial hijack

Forgive me, but since we're discussing new products: I've seen pictures of your K5's roll cage. I don't do any hardcore wheeling and have considered just going with the stock roll bar but the OEM bar in my '76 doesn't do much for back seat passengers. My son welds, but we don't have a bender, etc. so something that was a rather simple design, pre-bent DIY type would be perfect. Have you considered doing this? Just think about it - money is no object - I don't have any, but I'd like to know if something like this is possible.

Thanks

I have seen those before, but I really like the clevis mounts on his gauntlet bumper, they seem to be 3/4" by 5", just what I am looking for

Thanks for the link. We try to keep our Fab Parts as reasonable as possible while still keeping the high quality up.
Let me know if we can help.

If your going to vend on this site, that's great!

Step 1. Buy a vendorship and support the site.
Step 2. Start your own thread.

Sorry if i offended or stepped on toes. Diy espically thats the reson i posted the pics not a link and gave diy the opertunity to make them for ck5 members or something similar. It looks like kirt has, thanks again.

No offense here. It's all good. My customers frequently suggest alternatives from other vendors and that's fine. We thrive in the competition.

I see it this way, I rented this bill board for a year. Steve has plenty of bill boards available so if somebody wants/needs one, go get it. I have no room for the for sale sign on my bill board.:wink1:

Sorry if I offended. I was told of this thread by a friend and that someone had linked to our parts so I bought a Membership to be able to search for it. I had not pimped our stuff and pasted no links so I didn't think it was out of
line.
Again, I apologize.
