how close is that center part to the console though? wonder if you could make it flush like the one I have, I think the shifter would have a problem getting in gear LOL

That is nice! When are you doing mine?

Is that add-on air? Or why didn't you use stock pieces?

what's changed? I thought the fulltops came stock like that?

LOL...Guys, this is one of those setups that actually looks sweeter in person. I drool every time I look inside Micheal's truck.

Thank you for posting that. I was always wondering how to make a functional center section.

No four wheel drive on the 'Goose - it's a 2 wheeler all the way (one which incidentally, I think he needs to trade to me for my 4wd

I really like it! What was the hardest part?

I started with nothing and I still have most of that left! - <a target="_blank" href=http://community.webshots.com/user/borregok5> Pictures</a>

Hey thanks guys for the nice comments! I picked up the aluminum sheet at the local scrap yard...someone around here sells big ol' pieces for scrap and I just buy it by the pound.
I used an aftermarket A/C because all my stock stuff was junk and I liked the cleaner look of the non-A/C engine compartment.
Pugsley is correct no 4WD....also the stock auto shifter has no clearance problems and I can reach all my switches without leaning forward....gettin' lazy in my old age! I just did the switch to later model intermittent wipers if anyone is interested. I can do a little write up. Thanks!!

My email crashed trying to open them...seriously. I'll reboot later and see what happens. I'm sure it was unrelated...

Hey, Rene....it's just a link to a web page. Try going to my site...it's listed under my sig. Then progress pics, then new dash. I've checked it with Netscape and IE and they both seem to work OK. This is the link:
