I have a 350 TBI Motor that hasn't been turned over in a year. It was running before I messed up and bent the frame. It will not be long before I'm ready to stick it in the new Jimmy.
Do I need to do anything to it before I try to start it?

I'd take the plugs out, put a small amount of light weight oil down the bores and turn it over by hand for a minute just to lube up the bores. Pull the dizzy and prime the pump and galleries.
If any seals have gone bad there's nothing you can do to help them really. If they leak you'll have to change them. You should be ok after a year unless the motor's just been sitting out in the open.

Southern Speed, you took the words out of my mouth.
