motor mount question

i'm going to drop in my motor this weekend, I got my ord motor mounts, but i'm not sure if they are ment to be used with the factory spacer plate that goes between the block and the mount.

anybody installed these? did you use the plate or no?

I put them in but didn't use the plate didn't have one to use. FYI they are a very and I mean a very much of a pain in the butt to get in. Not ORD fault by any means, my solids were the same way, just start it with lots of patience and time.

i set the motor last night, well, about 1 a.m, today. wasn't too bad, i left the frame mounts a little loose to allow some movement which helped in lining them up. i ended up using the block plates, hopefully that's cool, i'll call steven on tuesday and ask him unless anybody else chimes in with a definate answer. thanks
