Motor swap and value question seeking input

A friend at work came up to me and asked if I wanted to get rid of my 350 TBI and 700R4 from my K5 since his motor and transmission are shot in his 89 k1500. Asked me for a price on complete package and to swap it for him since he is not 100% able to do it or have the tools/equipment and offered to help assist me in swap. He is good kid not looking for a freebie and knows my truck runs great.

This could help with a 5.3 swap with 4l60 possibly if wise with my money.

So what should I consider charging for a 22k Good wrench crate TBI motor, after market throttle body with all mods done and flow matched injectors,MSD wires,cap rotor,coil and off shelf dist assembly. Great running motor fires up with no problems.
700R4 Transmission was fully rebuilt 5k or less ago. New clutches,valve body gone through,torque converter,shift kit,sun shell,servo updated etc you know built nicely by professional transmission guy.

So if I sold motor and transmission what should I ask?
What about the swap what should I ask?

I recently sold my 350/ TH350 out of my 79 k5 along with the radiator for $1300. It is a goodwrench crate motor and trans was rebuilt. Both had 40k miles on them. Stock other than an Edelbrock intake, still passed ca smog too.
Seemed like a good deal for me and gives me some cash for my 5.3 swap.
